The Morristown Partnership provides advocacy and direct services to the boundary within that area defined by the Special Improvement District. The SID is roughly bordered by the one mile radius of the Morristown Green.
The SID assesses .105% of the net taxable value of a member property. The properties are defined by municipal ordinance.
