Event Description:
*NEW* Yoga for Beginners introduces basic yoga poses and breathing techniques to relax, stretch and strengthen the body. Class will be taught at a comfortable pace in a supportive environment. Alignment cues will be given and the use of props will be encouraged to assist each students’ practice and build body awareness.
